Returns Policy

Total Brain Health wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find you need to return an item for replacement or refund, please review the complete details of our Return Policy below to determine if any special return conditions apply. 

Please email us at info@totalbrainhealth.com to request a refund or replacement. Be sure to include your name, the date of your order, and the reason for the return. We will verify your order’s return eligibility and provide additional information as needed.

Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt. They must be returned at the customer’s expense in their original packaging and meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be in new condition
  • Product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return must be completed within thirty (30) days of receipt. Products purchased in November and December will have an extended return period until December 31 of the same year.
  • Products that are defective must be returned within ten (10) business days so please look at your purchase upon receipt.
  • Once we receive your return, we will verify it to be in new, unused condition, and we will issue a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.  All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
